I can definitely get into it, but yeah the thing that REALLY holds my attention is the characters and their dynamics.
Though there's also cases where I get into something because of the pornier elements and then get super attached. Like the Tara and Beverly comics by Nortuet. Which made it hotter.

I haven't seen much of people doing self inserts for romance with characters, but that sounds super duper appealing. I tend to do self inserts myself though, in games.
Thinking on it, I feel the same about like, an author making porn of their characters. Esp' if it wasn't just originally porn.

Oh my god I just remembered he actually does have music awards in his office. So he DID have a successful rap career, then became an accountant.

It's well deserved! I usually find I connect better to nsfw fanart when there is, very specifically, an OC I can read about. I love having character/relationship lore about the hot people on the screen. Along with there being something about at least one being a character they made themselves.

It comes across pretty well, it comes across a bit like his foreskin is very very tight? But that's pretty common in drawings like this lol. You did a great job with the faces, I think. She looks so overwhelmed and SO into this. Like she might just moan right there.
