Using data from 27,000 urban census tracts, we find that:
🏙️ Population growth → higher support for PRR
💸 This effect is strongest in low-income & high-unemployment areas.
🔍 Urban left-behindness matters too. PRR success is fuelled by both rural decline and ...urban sprawl!

Fun fact: After arriving in Lisbon on Monday, the first familiar face I saw was Joan Laporta (President of FC Barcelona). I was coming back from run —he wasn’t, of course. 😂
