Hypothesis here: in countries where Android is more used than global average Devs probably also prefer to use a framework coming from that domain. Looking at some stats, seems NA has more iOS use compared globally while EU is stronger on Android. (Based on numbers found via quick mobile googling.)

For the question about different distributions specifically Germany/India with stronger Flutter use: have you looked and correlated with market share and platform preferences?
