Probably the most interesting thing that has happened in the interregnum between me stopping posting regularly on twitter/you all leaving twitter/me finally making the move is that I bought a house. It's a 1929 California bungalow, with original hardwood floors and moulded ceilings. I love it.

This was meant to be my first post, but it gets filtered for gore, lol. Fair enough, I guess, but it's not really what I assumed that setting was for. :-)
Anyway, this photo always makes me laugh - it's the cover of my Senior Classics Notebook, and I like to tell the kids it's me by end of term.
