The President promised prices would go back down. In a healthy economy, they almost never do. The normal pattern is: prices jump, then over time your paycheck catches up. The pain comes when wages don't follow—then it's not “inflation” so much as an affordability crisis.

Please, if you are able, consider making a monetary contribution to a Nebraska Food Bank. They do great work & your money goes a long way 🙏

The US is under attack from drug traffickers in the same sense I am under attack from cookie dough.
The US is not under armed attack from drug traffickers. In fact, US consumers are begging to be "attacked" with drugs and have been more than willing to pay hyperinflated prices for the privilege! Just as drinkers were once willing to pay bootleggers huge sums for booze. Remember Boardwalk Empire?

Trump is singularly responsible for moral debasing of civic discourse in America. He and his enablers have created the permission structure and tolerance for behavior that would have drawn gasps in the past.
Trump says "hate-filled rhetoric" fuels violence and must end. Maybe he should talk to the guy who calls his political opponents "sick, sinister, and evil people" who are "trying to destroy our country" because they are "communists," "Marxists," "lunatics," "vermin," and "the enemy from within."
The standard for 'vicious' speech Trump laid out after Kirk's murder would implicate Trump himself
Freedom of speech cannot reliably protect conservatives unless it also protects people they despise.

A $100k “price” for H1-B visas is like a tariff on STEM labor.

And the first rule of tariffs is clear: never tax your inputs — that just makes American firms less competitive than their foreign competitors.
