The PSP version is amazing — as are the PSP versions of the other early FF titles IMO.

I can’t say why but I find this film has a certain enjoyable charm to it, and I genuinely like to watch it whenever I come across it.

I’m a weirdo who still plays AD&D 2e so I have no idea. My guess would be it’s a combination of “fitting to the TV format” and a custom rule set. But I haven’t watched the show yet.
