My present to myself that arrived today!
Watched the first Mission Impossible movie set in the future and in space.
Definitely not a Star Trek movie. In fact every time Star Trek music was used it just did not fit.
Enjoyed it, but I wish they toned it down a bit. Camera movement and editing did nothing but hurt.

Watching DR Who at the Proms 2024 on YouTube. The UK does Christmas so brilliantly with this and Christmas specials of Death in Paradise, Beyond Paradise, The Madame Blanc Mystery and all the wonderful panel shows that air at Christmas time and have become part of my holiday tradition. Thank You UK

Correcting some things it got wrong. Nimoy did not refuse participation in phase 2, Roddenberry offered him only six episodes and he refused that. Premiere was not in Hollywood but in Washington DC. Space limits more.
