oh here's another "rent lowering gunshots" style take; there is an inherent queerness to the entire cosplay hobby and anything that gets too removed from that loses the spark that makes the hobby worthwhile beyond other artistic pursuits.

Plus sized cosplayers cosplaying thinner characters (especially in revealing outfits) isn't us being "brave". That & the "love the confidence" are low key backhanded, even if that wasn't your intention! It's saying that we're not supposed to wear such things in our sizes.
