While Jimin’s love for us can be transmitted with just a wink, Cat Scratch Fever spreads a little differently: through a scratch, bite, or even a lick on an open wound from an infected kitty. We’ll take Jimin’s infectious love anytime 😘

Grab a measuring tape and let’s see what our thigh circumference is! Thigh circumference = a measure of muscle + healthy fat. Researchers measure it at spots like mid-thigh or under the glutes. In short: strong thighs = strong health 💪 And no one proves it better than Namjoon 🔥

Members always stretch before a show, especially legs, for intense dance routines on stage. Hydration matters too, hence all the water bottles all over the stage. #GoldenThighs don’t come from one workout; it takes time, consistency & patience. As JK says: “Let’s get it!” 💪🐰

Day after a Jungkook workout? Welcome to the #GoldenThighs experience 😩 The thighs are tender to touch, stretching is torturous, and walking feels like a challenge. A couple days is normal, but if it lasts past 7 or worsens, even JK would say: call a professional!

Severe symptoms – seek help right away: pain lasts longer than 7 days, severe swelling to arms and legs, urine is very dark. Very rare complications: Rhabdomyolysis – when the muscle fibers breakdown and enter the blood – this can cause damage to organs, especially the kidneys. Compartment Syndrome: severe swelling to the localized muscle injury area that needs emergency attention. Source provided.

Tried a new workout? Ran a longer route than usual? Rode your bike along the Han River and suddenly found yourself in Gangnam? Expect some DOMS in the next day or two!

The damage causes the muscle nociceptors to be more sensitive to cause that sore feeling. This soreness can be delayed (12–24 hours post exercise) and can last up 4–5 days. To celebrate #BTS coming home, #BAMUHCP & #BAMUNursing are highlighting discharge instructions. When you/a loved one is admitted to a hospital, the ultimate goal is to get HOME safely. We're making sure you have all of the tools to successfully (and safely) return HOME🏠.

Carefully read all discharge papers as if they have the code to score BTS concert tickets. 2. Medication Guidance. Know what medications you need to take, why, when, how, possible side effects, & how to dispose of unused medicines. 3. Food/Activity Restrictions. Know what food and drink, exercise, & activities to avoid. 4. Post Discharge Care. Know what kinds of follow-up care you will need, such as physical therapy, & what medical equipment you will need, and how to get it. 5. Book Follow-Ups. Or get information about how to make appointments. Book early to schedule around BTS activities. 6. Stay Informed. Know your medical condition at the time of discharge, when and how you will receive test results, & what to expect at your new facility if you’re not going home. 7. Know Who to Call. Get phone numbers to call if you have a question/problem &know when you should call.

Just like how there are different types of ARMY there are different types of Borahae cells. Most of ARMY are neutrophils, the first line of defense. There are even Borahae cells called Natural Killer Cells. She's excited Hobi wrote a song about her 😉 #jhope_KillinItGirl

The Borahae cells are like #BTSARMY. They protect the body from infection like ARMY protects #BTS from antis (germs). When one Borahae cell locates an infection site, it notifies the rest of ARMY to help contain the situation #jhope #제이홉 #jhope_KillinItGirl
