This headline is a good example. The Thistle will not drive down drug death trends, it simply does not have the reach. It is not what it is designed to do.

Our latest paper now available in HIV Medicine @bhiva.bsky.social examined mortality among people who inject drugs living with HIV in Scotland over a 20-year period and found increases over time, driven by a rise in drug-related deaths. OAT [again] was protective.
