It's infuriating! When I bring it up with people they say "you'll need to get a private dentist".

Like yes I will, but I already pay for dentistry!

E.g. dentistry and doctors. More chance of flying my pig to collect some rocking horse shit than get an appointment for those.

Basically I went up Catbells one summer and was like "wow there's loads of other hills. Bet you could do some big walks" which was the beginning of it all. I then attempted, twice in one year, to do the massive Newlands Watershed in winter. Failed twice lol.

So now I'm thinking of doing the Newlands Round which is, for sentimental reasons, my favourite route ever.

Basically I can't replicate the issue. I've stopped the server in every way I know how and the bastard indexer continues to work.

The difference being on my test server it starts with the user www-data and on the live server starts as the repository user.

Maybe I am older and wiser now and will get it to work. Otherwise I have to spend the first part of my day visiting every repository and restarting the stupid thing manually.

I'm sure I've tried to do it before and it just doesn't function.

Think I need to add it as an Ubuntu service, but I'm quite sure that is not going to work.
