Good morning all, it's Friday already? Days get befuddled around in a travel week. Glad you got a decent sleep Rasta. Channeling Cat Stevens this morning.

Good morning folks. 3 deg, but climbing all the way up to 5 this afternoon. Always great to see bright pics in the AM. That and fresh coffee.

Morning Rasta. A mistake on program name - it was CBC Main Street, the drive home program (listened to on the way back from Cape Breton) not Maritime Noon. Was pretty sleepy when I got back here, or that's my excuse.

Maritime Noon had pretty in depth discussion on budgeted cuts to veterans affairs program $ today. The point was made that it will be more difficult to recruit if at the same time they are sending a message that the government won't have veteran's backs if they need it.

I absolutely believe in strong business, but not when it turns to collusion. Canadians are getting screwed and prices are fixed because the retail stores are allowed to get away with it.

Good morning and afternoon Gerry. Hopefully no snow accumulation in your locale. Winter in the air here today but none on the ground.

Me neither. Christmas day and boxing day works for me

The 1t song up was BTO's "Taking Care of Business". Always a good morning when you get to crank that one up loud😁.

Good morning! Another motel coffee morning. If all goes well today, fresh ground tomorrow morning.

I don't know, it looks pretty gay. Say it ain't so Stevie, say it ain't so!

Nice post

My best to you this Remembrance Day Rasta.

It's eerie how often it rains on this day.

Not this week:). Up in Cape Breton for one of my pre-full retirement clients. The fish plant manager and I seem to be retiring in tandem so I told him I'd make sure he does well on his last food safety audit.

Well let's see...
SCOTUS allows POTUS allow the poor to go hungry - silence
Wealthy people miss vacation flights - WE SURRENDER!!

Blech coffee better than no coffee

Morning folks.
Awake a lot through the night. Rural motel. Mind, they do treat me well and the rooms are nice. Motel coffee made and blech!

That is very interesting. Thank you for this. Paper downloaded and reading started.

Yup. Ears and the stress of middle management. So I try not to stress about the ringing in my ears.
It's weird, if I pay attention, 'listen to' the sound in my ears, a sharp ache will start to build. If I ignore it the ache goes away. Being engaged with things, even reading, helps alot.

Morning. Lol. I expect sugar seemed an unwinnable battle back then.

It was likely from constant handwashing. He was an old timey dentist before latex gloves were the norm and would thoroughly wash all day.
He didn't make the kind of money they do today or as much as others because he insisted on working in poorer areas of CB and often for free

Morning gents. Only on my second cup because my sleeping schedule is bouncing around.
My ears are pretty shit from a career of processing equipment. I may not hear what you say but I do hear a constant high pitched "whing, whing, whing".
Dad's hands were like that Rasta. /2

That is very true
