DAY 15 HEALTHY. First thing in the morning: Do whatever routine, action, meditation, reading, works to live the day from within yourself. Internal locus, internally powered. I write down my dreams, meditate, drink a glass of water, open all the shades to catch the light descending upon me.

DAY 12 HEALTHY. Strike while the iron is hot. Went to a Paris themed costume party last night. Woke up feeling rejuvenated, encouraged, optimistic. When this happens, stay connected as long as you can with this vibe, do all the creative, fun things. Nurture it, radiate it!

Day 10 HEALTHY. Right now healthy means going to bed when I say I am going to go to bed. Start with simple things. Keep a chart to check the reality of how often you do what you say you want to do. Not easy, simple. Sleep & start fresh in the morning. Sweet dreams, & write them down in the morning.

DAY 7 HEALTHY Get Outside! Each morning I remind myself what I desire to be my focus. Putting Goodness and Beauty into form. Get a haircut. Walk around. Free, outside, feeling the expansiveness of the universe. Allow The Art to tell me what to paint today. Remember that I AM the universe.

Day 6 HEALTHY. Raising The Bar. Where am I focussing? Who, what, where, when, why. Am I living today the way I want to be living? Developing relationships, actions, surroundings. No one is going to do it for me. I can live on a mediocre level, treading water, or I can aim high. How bad do I want it?
