Mostly just general fatigue making everything I do take twice as long as it should, or at least it feels that way.

But... If we did that, how would we make ever increasing amounts of money?!? D:

I mean, if they show up just for you, then you are definitely already meeting any expectations they have without even trying.
(Not saying that you should care too much about meeting them, that sounds unhealthy in the long run)
