So, not a total loss. I just had 2 successful VERY SHORT AND BASIC conversations in Korean with people. Maybe not entirely grammatically correct but entirely workable as conversations (back and forth). So some success has been achieved.

Thanks for your patience yesterday. I'm slightly better today. I am no longer able to take the Korean test I have been preparing for since the beginning of Sept, so I got pretty upset. I have since withdrawn from the class and will take it again a different time, I guess.

I just drove by a demonstration in the middle of Seoul full of absolute nutjobs. They were all holding flags from SK, the US & Israel…together…Folx, there are so many better things to do in this beautiful country than be a raging lunatic on a Saturday afternoon.
