Also all over the city are large houses being further enlarged & smaller houses being demolished for monster homes -- again all for single families. And yes, many (most?) drive big SUVs. Also, many of them fight any form of multi-res.

Most houses in the city house single families. I haven't seen much point in picking on The Annex. If anything, it has more multi-res than Leaside, The Kingsway, Leslieville, parts of North York, etc etc. 1/2

Appreciate your optimism. Would love to see people like Holyday replaced.

Right turns on red should be banned at every intersection. So many close calls because drivers ar looking for other vehicles not people.
