...I think. Mobygames says this was the Apple IIe. This isn't how it looks in my memory, but I can't find a shot that matches. (I did also play some other early things like Mystery House and Wizard and the Princess, but I think only somewhat later.)

#firstfiveonsteam "Lucasarts Adventure Bundle" contained The Dig, Loom, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, and Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis; no Monkey Island. I guess the Secret SE would have been available at the time, but I didn't buy that until a bundle of that and Revenge in 2013.

Hmmm, can't reproduce, unfortunately... I see a white screen for a moment as it loads, but then it goes on to launch the program just fine. I might hazard a guess it's having trouble with your graphics driver, but it's so hard to diagnose and fix something like that over 300-character messages.
