Up to 1 in 4 women could avoid post-birth incontinence through a midwife-led programme teaching pelvic floor exercises during pregnancy.

Co-developed by @penarc.bsky.social researchers, it is now in 9 #NHS Trusts, with 9 more planning delivery.
