I haven't found corroboration of this exact list yet, but this does appear to be legitimate, per Nature. Apparently "around 10,000 research grants have been flagged for review and distributed to various programme directors"--in OTHER directorates. www.nature.com/articles/d41...

This is a clear case of work NSF scientists should refuse to do. Skip the meeting, call in sick, lose the email. Do not make a list of grants flagged because they mention "women" or "people of color." Don't. It's unethical.
