This is from the September 2020 wildfire emergency in Clackamas County, Oregon. The fire(s), known as the Beachie Creek and Riverside Fires, eventually merged into the Santiam Complex. The fire, among others, threatened much of the Portland and Salem-metro areas.

In the audio you can hear C-Com (Clackamas County fire/ems/pd communications) announce "this event is a historic event" and then order all units to basically disengage and find safety/hunker down. Absolutely chilling to hear this in an area you grew up in.
