Today my teacher congratulated me on my progress with the tenor saxophone.
I had to play a piece starting with a C which still sounds so so most of the time but the rest sounded pretty ok and I'm absolutely stoked ☺️😁

Update: after more than two weeks of playing a little bit almost every day, I can say it sounds terrific. Please note I said it sounds terrific, not I play terrific. One day... 🎷

This, very much. Everyone has ideas and opinions. As managers, we can try to find the time to listen to them. That doesn't absolutely mean we should follow and/or approve them all.
On the one hand, I appreciate the idea behind encouraging managers to use "Yes, and..." in workplace discussions.
On the other...look, some ideas are just non-starters and entertaining them at any level is a waste of resources.
