#MountUnderwoodFire smoke plume sunrise at #DepartureBay #Nanaimo. Much cooler today, less windy though still breezy, and no smoke smell at ground level. Hoping for better conditions for fire fighting crews over the next few days.

Here's the second part of the #bcstorm starting up at #DepartureBay #Nanaimo a little after 5 am. Very glad the whole event didn't end up being as bad as the initial forecast indicated it might get.
