Huh....we usually find the cash in the dryer and not the dryer duct lol.
And yes, everything we find goes right to the customer. We call it a "cash discount"!

Our technician who was sick yesterday woke up today with an even worse chest cold.

Condo build quality is worse than ever.
This dishwasher baseboard was caulked in. Our technician had to carefully pry it off to access the base of the dishwasher.
Now it just sits loose and gets knocked over the instant a broom touches it. Normally they'd have a clip or double sided velcro.

This access panel a customer installed in the side of this laundry cabinet makes life so much easier for technicians.
It allows them to disconnect and reconnect dryer vents, shut off water valves, and unplug power cords without having to pull the stacked pair forward.

When our senior technician bought their father a new dishwasher and range but remembered they're Chinese which was why the dishwasher and oven were being used as dish racks lol.
Their father loved the induction cooktop though!
