Your input will help map variations in tenure-track systems and capture experiences of current and incoming tenure-track researchers. These findings will contribute to a white paper comparing systems and proposing improvements, with results shared publicly on the NextGenPhys@NL website. (3/4)

We were very excited by the large number of Assistant Professors that took the time out of their busy schedules to attend our event. APNet lives from the interactions with and input from the members. Therefore, we are very excited to see this active engagement.

After closure of the General Assembly, we went on to the highlight of the day: An in-person workshop by Maria Sovago of STRALIA, who gave us exciting insights into leadership and how we can better plan our career and achieve our goals.

We are very happy that all of them accepted the board roles and look forward to working together for the future of APNet. The new president, Stephan Hacker, then gave an overview of the plans for APNet for the coming year.
