If I had it to do all over again, I would not buy this laptop because of this stupid taskbar. My left pinkie somehow drifts up to the ESC button and gently touches it, causing me to lose things I'm working on way too damn much.

I know I wasn't one of the early users by any means. I tried Mastodon (boring) and Threads (which was becoming Twittxr Lite quickly, IMO) first. But it feels like that number is low. That's how much this place has blown up in just 9 1/2 months.

That's how we ended up with this guy. He let himself in through the dog door during the heat wave last month. I'm sure he noticed what the other cats had and wanted in on that Friskies action.
Also, figuring out the dog door during the heat wave makes him pretty darn smart.

We had Mister, the stray who adopted us, neutered today. When they ran blood work, they found out he has FIV.
We're supposed to keep him indoors at all times now. That's going to be difficult considering how much he must have roamed around before he came to our backyard.

I left an hour in. I didn't want to eat chips & dip all night, I didn't want to talk to anyone and I felt like the dogs were going to need some company, which proved to be correct.

Seriously ... This isn't Fourth-of-July food. This is snacks at an office party where the manager congratulates everyone for reaching company goals, but unfortunately, there won't be any raises this year.

Shadow is one of my Mom's many foster fails. He was found along with two of his brothers (Reggie and Thumper, both now deceased), alone near our Home Depot as kittens. He's about nine years old now.

The trouble I go through to (re)install a webcam for my mom. Why? So she can see which dogs are peeing on her furniture and when.
That's ALL she's ever used them for. And she never catches them live because she doesn't have the patience to stare at a screen in order to do so.
