Which previous APE game would you most like to see a new edition for? I ask because we just sold out of The Great Dinosaur Rush, and are down to our last few 2nd edition duck! duck! GO! games. We don't play JUST APE Games here at APE Games. It's my b-day this wekeend and my stepson got me Corps of Discovery from @offthepagegames.bsky.social . Also my Inis legendary Kickstarter from Kolossal Games (nice APE logo) and Matagot arrived. Maybe I'll get a chance to try them over Thanksgiving!

Those waiting for the start of the Pampero season 2 Kickstarter will need to wait a bit longer. We've moved the date from mid-Nov to Jan. :( There's been great interest in the campaign, but not all the pieces are ready yet and backer support is generally reduced in December.

Nothing helps move a game design forward like being trapped for 28 hours in a car with your co-designer! My Godmaker co-designer and I drove from WI->AZ, stopping only for gas and switch drivers every 4 hours. We nailed down what we need to do to finish season 1 and beyond.

My family likes trick-taking games. I discovered Trick Taking in Black and White by Decoct Design in Japan and shared it with my parents (in their mid-80's) last night. I struggle to find good new games we can play together anymore, but this was a hit! I couldn't find a real copy, so made my own.

What do people think of X as a platform to continue talking about APE Games? I read a lot of about @Bluesky and think I'd rather switch to build an audience here. APE doesn't often make videos, so Tik Tok and Youtube are out, but I'm looking to drop one other platform. #boardgames #tabletopgames
