"France is looking to attribute cyber attacks" from Russia, incl. "with its partners" said its Joint Chiefs at a rare press conference today.

He also highlighted Russia is deploying its full-spectrum forces in Ukraine and elsewhere, in a war that it deems existential, threatening France and Europe.

Looks like Romania is doing something right
Russian "hackers" carried out cyberattacks on Romanian government websites as well as candidate websites during the repeat of presidential election (previously annulled). In my opinion this couldn't have affected elections, nor was it external interference. www.politico.eu/article/russ...

The fact that George Simion won significantly more votes (~3.8 million) than the first-round winner of the later annulled November election (back then, ~2.1 million votes) likely means that Romanian electorate did not accept the annulment lightly. In other words, the annulment was a boost.
