I just ate Swiss Chard, voluntarily. I feel like I deserve a prize.
We just got our first box from our local CSA (community supported agriculture) farm and it forced me to be adventurous in our dinner tonight. I’ve literally never eaten or cooked with Swiss chard before. Mission Complete.
