Actually, I think this is an escape ladder for trump to climb down. After this, he can just say that see, it didn't work as he planned bc they didn't see it through... More excuses, more fingers pointing.)

As someone from Asia, I have to say that your Congress being able to count or not count days like this is really wild...

No. Not until they realize the metric system makes more sense than imperial.
