this is still a draft of the final puzzle, but for those interested in the rule set:
Place the digits 1-9 in every region and rank (generic of row/column). Some regions are "city parks", given digits in these regions do not count as in their rank and represents a skyscraper clue

unless you’re are referring to a different film, i don’t think “It’s Such A Beautiful Day” is sci-fi. Perhaps you are thinking of another don hertzfeldt series “World of Tomorrow”? it’s equally thought provoking and never fails to make me emotional for reasons I don’t fully understand

unless you’re are referring to a different film, i don’t think “It’s Such A Beautiful Day” is sci-fi. Perhaps you are thinking of another don hertzfeldt series “World of Tomorrow”? it’s equally thought provoking and never fails to make me emotional for reasons I don’t fully understand
