Crochet part of the bag complete!

I figured I could lay this on the fabric I want to use as the lining, trace and cut that twice, then sew those shapes together. Once they're together, I sew it into the crochet part around the edges ✨️

Also considering securing the lining to the bottom 🤔

My second blanket!

This one is a bit bigger at roughly 2ft × 3ft. I also used flannel for the backing instead of fleece.

Something I need to work on is finishing these. I turn them right-side-out and those last few inches just look awful when I try to close the blanket.

Much to learn still! 🥕💚

I've made a blanket!!

This is my first real sewing project and I tried to do math but I did not follow a pattern, so it's very wonky. But it's soft and came out just as I envisioned! 🐸✨️

I want to draw something big, something dramatic, something peak fantasy. What better than a giant sword stuck in a mountainside?

Finished that market bag!

Using thicker yarn and fewer chains between stitches makes for smaller holes in the pattern so the bag feels more secure while still stretching to hold all your items ✨️

I discovered a whole lot of yarn I'd forgotten about while cleaning it all up last week. It got me back in the mood to crochet 🧶

I have finally learned how to thread a machine! I am AWFUL with threading bobbins still, so I'm gonna use pre-wound bobbins for now 😅 but I'm so excited!!

I tested these out while making lunch, and they're heat resistant! I knew the white yarn was wool, but I wasn't sure about the colored yarn.

Now, along with regular drink coasters, I can offer hot pads at my upcoming markets ✨️

Glow-in-the-dark crochet eyeball potion pouches on a green leafy background. Each pupil is made from a different glow yarn. The bottom right potion is all glow yarn, no eye pattern.
