I will forever be vocal about this because it is truly mind numbing to deal with. The market is so saturated and horrible to begin with that the interview process being that annoying is the cherry on top.

Like what are we doing anymore? I truly cannot see how this fixes itself. Dragging out the interview process for what. So unnecessary. Recruiters don’t even look at resumes anymore. Cause if they did, they wouldn’t ask questions of which those could be answered if they looked at the resume.
