I would definitely tax out of state residents more especially those who have seasonal homes. You’re not about to try and run from your state like NY just to benefit from our state when current Floridians are trying to get affordable housing. These are just a few of many things I would invoke

I want to reduce the carbon footprint over a 20 year span. Healthcare would be revamped to give access to all and pressure these healthcare companies to reduce their premiums. Improve access to mental health services. Focus on affordable housing and rent caps on apartments.

Wildlife and putting more pressure on these builders to protect more land. I would bring us a light speed rail to the state because transportation needs to be accessible. Focus on greener/cleaner energy while award tax breaks to companies and residents who use cleaner energy.

And I still ask when is the last time the parent let alone their child has been inside a library, even in their schools
