Made some Stuffed Bell Peppers tonight with Green Bell Peppers, Homemade Mexican Rice, Seasoned Lean Ground Chicken w/ sauteed diced Red Onion, Fresh shredded white cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of Pancho's Queso Blanco. 🫑 🍚 🧀

Haven’t cooked in a while but tonight I felt like putting my whole Chefussy into it and threw together some Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders w/ Bacon Jam & Sautéed onions, homemade air fry Crinkle Fries, and homemade Ranch dressing. 😋 Definitely going into the weekly rotation.
