"Love us the same, hold us the same" In support of the Hastings Library Rainbow Storytime with Erika and CoCo Flash on Wednesday 27th March 2024, we reaffirm our commitment to upholding the human rights of our Takatāpui and Rainbow+ communities including-Fa'afafine, Fakaleiti, Akava'ine Whakawāhine, Lesbian, Gay, Transgender, Bi-Sexual, Intersex, Asexual and all other gender/sexual diverse identities. We utterly condemn all forms of discrimination against our Rainbow+ communities which includes homophobia, transphlobia, bullying, verba abuse and conversion therapy We call on the wider|Hastings community to join us on Wednesday from 10am at the Hastings Library to convey the UNITY of Heretaunga in support of our Rainbow-+ whānau. We will do this by wearing all colours, having a peaceful presence and resisting violence and hate to ensure a successful Rainbow Storytime event for all in attendance. Nevertheless
