people who think therapy doesn't work... you either haven't found a good therapist (and honestly valid, it's hard to find a good one sometimes!) OR!! you just not on your zoom. you gotta get on your zoom!! put in THE WORK. you'll be crying n screaming n throwing up, but you'll be better for it 😊

i never thought of myself as living "child-free" until i made a friend w a kid and now i truly understand that i'm really really child-free like??? i went to her kid's bday party earlier today and then came home and took a nap. we're simply living different lives!
