ICE pepper sprayed a BABY! Keep saying it. They do not get to call it an accident. They do not get to sweep it under the rug. They do not get to ask forgiveness.

So all that said, do you really still think you need to keep giving money to a service that runs ads for fascists? 12/12.

When you buy a new vinyl record or tape on an online record store often a digital copy is provided as well. Some sold in stores even include a download code. So really anything can become an MP3 that you own forever rather than a stream that goes away if the money dries up. 11/?

What if I have vinyl or tapes? Well you CAN rip those too, it just takes longer. Take a headphone patch cable and plug it into your player and the other into your phone or PC with a sound recorder. Record each song, and then convert that. Audio quality may be lower depending on media 10/?

Small bands without record deals, or the funds to buy their way to the top of the streaming algorithm can still burn a CD and sell it to you directly, meaning all of your purchase price goes straight to the musicians. No corporate middle man. 9/?

Unlike streaming, music you physically own, can't be taken away. You can always rip it again. You can make backup copies in case you lose the original too. Album sales also pay more to the musicians than streams do. There are no ads on a CD. 8/?
