After 46 days, the strike is finally over. But I don’t have much time to celebrate because now I have to fight back cuts to public health in the county health department while trying to negotiate their next contract. 🫠

Introducing Kino.
He’s an 8 year old rescue from a shelter in Texas. He’s pretty much totally blind so I’m his service human.
We’re still getting to know each other but he’s warming up to me and I already love him with all my heart.
(And yes his namesake is Kino Loy from Andor.)
