Fighting against capitalism the only way I know how…by never, ever, buying anything that is advertised to me.
What’s this? Oh, nothing. Just @microsoft.com desperate for you to give up your privacy they’re running the same #ad back to back. #copilot needs to die. 3 minutes of the same 30 second ad playing over and over. Not only that, but it’s such a stupid ad that I’m less inclined than ever to try it.

While getting groceries, a young child in a shopping cart waved at me. I like kids so I waved at him back. His mom thought I was waving at her and sort of waved back. It was awkward and I’m pretty sure I will have to shop somewhere else now.

My favorite thing is @mustafasuleymanai.bsky.social doubling down, proving @microsoft.com is badly out of touch. The issue isn’t that you built an #ai to work in #windows, it’s that you keep #FORCING it on people. There is little to no evidence that anyone wants it. www.pcworld.com/article/2995...

I’m beginning to think #elonmusk has some sort of control over #thecooldown, considering how many of these articles pop up. They always mention #tesla backlash hindering wider adoption of #ev technology, but they never offer any alternatives to Tesla. #shitnews. www.thecooldown.com/green-home/c...

This is the problem with engagement-driven commerce. I don’t want my news “curated”, #apple. I just want to see what I want to see. On the upside, now I’ve freed up a couple extra dollars since every month and still get to refuse more #enshitification #AI.

No one plans to be sick, but it happens.

Many hard-working people are a sickness away from financial ruin.

That’s why healthcare cannot be just a source of profit.

That’s where the ACA comes in. It’s worth defending!

I mean, he does care about his legacy more than anything else. (Which is hilarious in the modern world, where information will never die).
Josh Hawley says Trump can’t be bought. That is bullshit! He loves flattery and gold baubles. He wants to bring back the Gilded Age, the 1870s to the 1900s, known for its rapid industrial growth, wealth inequality, and political corruption. We are there.
Fight back!

Sort of hope that #Trump pardons her, or commutes her sentence. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone paid to have her shot in her head as she walks out. Also….why, in every picture, does Cheeto Dick always look like he’s offering a blowie to a ghost with a micro p? www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025...

Thank fucking God. Tim Cook can choke on a gun or a tailpipe, I don’t care which. Either is good enough for that piece of shit. Just a reminder, he’s a gay man intentionally making life worse for members of his own community. For his own #profit www.engadget.com/big-tech/app...

I’d bet several years salary that this @gamesradar.com.web.brid.gy article was paid for by Bethesda. I have over 1,000 hours in #Starfield and the criticisms about the game have nothing to do with it not being a specific kind of space opera people wanted. #shameful www.gamesradar.com/games/open-w...
Two years later, Starfield remains the game Bethesda wanted to make all along – and it was never meant to be a crowd-pleaser

I have been using #spotify since 2011. So 14 years. I cancelled my premium this morning. Predatory billing practices are still predatory, no matter what sentimental emotion you have attached to the service.

I seriously doubt #anthropic knows what they’re talking about. Same company that, more than 6 months ago, claimed #AI would eliminate the need for human coders in 6 months. If #China really is some boogeyman, hopefully they stab the fuck out of Anthropic’s personnel. arstechnica.com/security/202...

This is 100% true. Especially the absurd stances companies take on #piracy. I pirate movies and shows before buying (physical media). If I wasn’t #pirating I’d get it from the library for free anyways. No #streaming or digital rights bullshit for me no matter what.
