This is precisely the US car company Vs Japanese cars in the 70s. The US guys claimed Japanese cars were cheaply built and dented if you touched them. Reality was that Japanese cars then sold at a premium to retail and were far higher quality, and roomier, than US compact cars.

Actually I was wrong when I said "pay is approx 5% higher" in blue states; I should have said and it's approx 10% higher.

I had to opt-out. Which means that Google is lying about at least part of this, which naturally doesn't make me want to trust their other claims about what they're doing with this.
