i use Libro.fm for my ebook purchases (we don't have Bookshop.org in Canada), but libro lets you choose which indie bookstore you'd like to support and a portion of each purchase goes to that store!

yes! big fan of Tamimi and cook lots from the Boustany cookbook. Fadi Kattan also shares recipes in Bethlehem cookbook. Lama explores a lot of the questions you pose through this interview we had and in her writing as well, from where she lives in Palestine
