Read Alexander's 🧵 on our OECD working paper on the gender wage gap

We compare France to Denmark, Hungary, Portugal, and Sweden

Women are concentrated in low wage firms and high wage firm send to have a higher gender gap in wage premium

Stay tuned for the longer working paper!
