One of my first contracts of 2025 is to plant 50 000 native broadleaf trees in the Scottish Highlands. Over the last 25 years I have helped plant 1 000 000+ trees across our mountains. It's without a doubt the best job in the world. I know what I'm doing will benefit future generations.🌳🌳🌳💙

There are right-wing British media channels which are losing millions and yet that does not bother their right-wing financial backers - why is that?

In April, we set a fundraising target, aiming to reach £36k by the end of the year. It is now December and we are grateful to have raised almost £19k, however, we URGENTLY need at least £12k to pay the studio electricity and rent.

Scotland has a population of less than six million people yet its resources generate enough electricity for twenty five million people every day which is transferred to England and then sold back to Scottish consumers who are then charged the highest prices in Europe to use their own energy.

Heads up #Labour party. It's been below zero all week here in rural, hilly south #Scotland, and mostly between -5 and -9C. The heating keeps coming on to protect itself from frost. If we switch off that setting, it freezes up *inside* the boiler and the central heating breaks down. 🏴🥶£££

there are fewer things I don't want to see like ads for rubbishy stuff, or forcefeeding of content in which I've no interest. Therefore, I scroll more slowly here than I would on the other place and am more likely to engage.

We find it so depressing when so many people complain about the representation of Scotland by the BBC and others, and yet we have all the infrastructure of an independent Scottish broadcaster in place, but we do not have the money to pay our bills or pay staff.

BBC Scotland has never in its history, been as conspiratorially biased in favour of the Union as it is now. It is worse now than in the run up to the 2014 referendum.
It now no more than a dedicated and fully committed Unionist propaganda channel.
