Only last week it was reported that the Saudi pro league had said they weren't talking to him. And their expectations were he would stay in Europe, probably at Liverpool. It's all just hearsay for clicks.

He's going. They are paying more per week and a signing on fee. I understand wanting a different challenge, it's the going for nothing that gets me.
