@nytimes.com again makes the choice to present Trump's version of his abandonment of US allies, claiming the national security strategy paper expressed just Trump's disdain for "European elites."

These are our longtime allies, friends, trading partners. Not "elites." Disgraceful framing from NYT.

I feel like we're living in the Upside Down.

This headline suggests that Trump has the power to change how Americans feel about "affordability," a huge issue in the 2024 campaign.

Trump struggles because his policies have made groceries and other goods much less affordable.

“The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command.”

― George Orwell, 1984

People clinging to the wreckage of a blown-up boat are not dangerous threats to anyone. Bradley knows this.

I have seen no evidence that NCGA/NCGOP officials are interested in anyway in funding "meaningful raises" for public employees who do not coach football.
December 3, 2025 at 3:28 PM
@nytimes.com has abandoned all pretense of reporting and instead functions to push out Trump PR.

The executive branch is not supposed to have any sway over the Fed's decisions. But here, the NY Times accepts Trump's premise that the Fed Chair exists to implement Trump's plans.

Sleepy leader wakes up from televised nap to claim "affordability is a 'con job.'"

How 'bout them apples?!

The administration really doesn't care about drug trafficking - Trump pardoned a major drug trafficker, someone who "flooded America with cocaine."
December 2, 2025 at 3:51 PM
@nytimes.com once again transcribing the thoughts and words of insiders instead of reporting...

WHY is the first strike legal? Where is the evidence of any crime? We are not a war - this is a policing operation -an attack on drug traffickers. Should be tried in court.
December 2, 2025 at 3:37 PM
Using the military to attack one's political opponents is a hallmark of authoritarianism, and yet @washingtonpost.com settles for "norm-shattering."

Words matter.
November 30, 2025 at 5:38 PM
It was SHOCKING to see US military on their knees preparing the red carpet for Putin - and this, after Trump and Vance berated Zelensky on camera a few months earlier. One party has chosen to align with authoritarians. Truly shocking.

It's ALL about the grift. They all hate government unless they can financially enrich themselves from it. See Musk too.
November 30, 2025 at 2:40 PM
@nytimes.com headline notes "contradictions" in Trump's drug policy.

MAYBE dig in and do some reporting instead of transcribing Trump's words. Might be something bigger than "contradictions" going on here.

Here's to hoping Republicans and Democrats actually follow through on upholding the rule of law and prosecuting officials who don't.

My senator, Thom Tillis, seems on board. He claims that what the US is engaged in is "conducting counternarcotics activities in the Southern Command area of operations."

(I wrote asking about the apparent illegal killings in open water.)
November 28, 2025 at 8:57 PM
One of mine (Thom Tillis) said that we are currently "conducting counternarcotics activities in the Southern Command area of operations." I guess he's okay with blowing up boats in international waters, killing all on board.
November 28, 2025 at 8:02 PM
I asked Thom Tillis about this. He claims:

"The United States is currently conducting counternarcotics activities in the Southern Command area of operations."

See pic for the full answer from my senator about why we are blowing up boats in international waters. Have not heard from Budd & Foxx.

My senator, Thom Tillis, claims we are "conducting counternarcotics activities in the Southern Command area of operations."

This was in response to my query asking why we were blowing up people in boats in international waters.

Party is all in!

Trump's tariff policies have resulted in my Christmas present being held up in Customs. #ETTD
November 28, 2025 at 2:15 PM
What is this headline?

Trump is engaged in far more than "lawfare." He's attacking the constitution and the rule of law.
November 25, 2025 at 11:18 AM
Portrait portrays him as holding a rosary? The recovering heroin addict? The man whose second wife committed suicide after reading his sex diary? The author of very bad sex poetry he sent to a reporter writing about him?

He's opposed to science. And he's in a powerful position. That much is true.

@nytimes.com presents Putin's plan as if this is in anyway good for Ukraine and Europe. Orban's on board with Putin's plan too.

The plan rewards the invader. Why is US aligning with Russia?
November 23, 2025 at 9:02 PM
Weird. @nytimes.com really loves doing Trump's PR.

He is historically unpopular, wields military power like an authoritarian, lost the Epstein list battle, serves as a mouthpiece for Putin – and NY Times presents him as how MTG's resignation "shows his power."

Appalling to use the Trump frame.
November 23, 2025 at 1:49 PM
Trump seems to think it is his plan. But some are saying that the "peace" plan was apparently developed by Russia without input from any other leader?
November 22, 2025 at 11:25 PM
Quite a remarkable assertion from David Brooks and @nytimes.com that the Epstein list, which Trump campaigned on releasing if he won, is somehow just so much "fake news."

The Epstein List is not a QAnon conspiracy theory. It's a real scandal that he wants to pretend is meaningless.
