since this is a moment when people are talking about the violence inherent in addressing social needs with capitalism, maybe people will be more receptive to the idea that #adoption is violence.

My second piece included in the ‘Invisible Wounds’ exhibit. Type set of single word that rose from a one-word poem writing workshop held by David. The word ‘bastard’ as an adoptee always resonated with me, but ‘reject’ cuts deeper after becoming a member of the double rejection club. #adoptee
