Poodle on lap is a rare occurrence for me, but after the vet last night, where they finally identified the source of his pain - an elbow issue - he needs all the reassurance, which means lots of cuddles and me occasionally sobbing over him. 😭😭😭

And now the minis are finally finished. I bought all the players a version of their character and badly painted it. As I like to say, they are made with love, not skill.
I have taken so much unexpected joy from painting them, and that's all i can say. I hope they like them.

Our wonderful poodle is hurt/injured and I don't know how to help. Is it arthritis (he's 6.5) or has he damaged himself?

New favourite tea! Tea Traders are a brilliant small company based in Carmathen who import some exquisite teas. This is light and fruity, and if you're using infuser tongs instead of a pot, you can dunk them in your glass afterwards to flavour your water!

I both respect and fear people who can get on a train, knowing they have a journey of several hours ahead of them, and just ... bring zero form of entertainment. No book. No headphones. They don't even mess with their phones.
They're either zen masters or robots.
