#Gardening Planted so far: spinach, mustard, kale, radishes, potatoes, little marvel peas, sugar snap peas, green onion, basil, cilantro, pak choi, chives,oregano, bekana cabbage, violets, marigolds. Overwintered (zone 6a inside and out) garlic, mustard, strawberries, pablanos, jalapenos. 1/2

Resistance Garden update: 7/5 finished the last of the initial trellising, filled in gaps with cukes and more squash. After a good weeding, we'll interplant with seeds since a lot of tomatoes are up. Peas are done. Gonna fill that tote with two tomatoes, and garlic. Potatoes are almost done.

He wants to un-ban asbestos. A few years back, I had a casual friend who was fighting mesothelioma from working in a factory as a teen/young adult. A factory full of asbestos. They didn't know back then that it caused cancer. She moved away. I hope she's alive. She was really nice. 3 young kids.
