Related but different- one time I was making a middle eastern dinner and the lemons I bought were marked ‘bee sweet’ and I used sooo many lemons to try and get a lemony tart flavor. It felt like twilight zone I probably put 5 lemons in my hummus 😂

I’ve had the same thing happen trying to make orange rolls. One time I reduced the orange juice and that got closer but I don’t know how to achieve really orangey flavor! Unless it is just a function of the oranges?

MASH is so good. It definitely shows its age in what was culturally acceptable at the time (there is a lot of sexism and other very not pc content) but the character development and overall message is great.

We went on a nostalgia binge a while ago and rewatched all of MASH, Mary Tyler Moore and Northern Exposure. Also Fringe I've watched a few times and Twin Peaks (of course!)
