This would make it nearly impossible to find anyone to provide daily support & assistance for care. Anybody who has tried to find care knows it is already extremely difficult to find reliable & helpful ppl w consistency. Nobody wants a job that pays below minimum wage and/or doesn't pay overtime.

There are also several programs that are proposed for total elimination. This includes: University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, National Limb Loss Resource Center, National Paralysis Resource Center, Voting Access for People with Disabilities & more (see link for full list)
