Please go and comment on this proposal. The US government is required to pay attention to public comments when they make their decisions about these proposals. The deadline to comment is just a few days away - September 2nd. nacdd.quorum.us/campaign/137...
This would make it nearly impossible to find anyone to provide daily support & assistance for care. Anybody who has tried to find care knows it is already extremely difficult to find reliable & helpful ppl w consistency. Nobody wants a job that pays below minimum wage and/or doesn't pay overtime.

There are also several programs that are proposed for total elimination. This includes: University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, National Limb Loss Resource Center, National Paralysis Resource Center, Voting Access for People with Disabilities & more (see link for full list)
